? 100g green chili

? 2tb. Black mustard

? 1/2 tsp. of saffron

? Cut eggplant and green chili into thin strips, mix with saffron and salt, then deep fry until golden brown

? Grind the mustard with a little bit of vinegar

? In a mixing bowl, mix chili powder, garlic paste, ginger paste, chili sauce, saffron, maldives fish, mustard and salt.

? Add to that eggplant, green chili and onions.

? Mix well
