. 6 cups cooked rice (long grain rice)
. 3 bacon strips
. 1 egg
. 1 carrot
. 4 green onions
. 1 tsp grated ginger
. 2 Tbsp soy sauce
. 100g shrimp
. ? cup cooked green peas
. 2 Tbsp peanut oil or cooking oil
. Salt and pepper
Chinese Fried Rice
. Finely dice bacon, fry until crisp, drain.
. Beat egg with fork, season with salt and pepper.
. Heat the small oil in a frying pan.
. Pour egg mixture to make a omelet.
. Remove omelet from pan, slice into thin strips.
. Cut green onions, carrots, and shrimp into small pieces.
. Heat large pan in a heat add oil and saut? ginger for about 10 seconds.
. Add green onion, bacon, carrots, and shrimp, saut? for about 1 minute.
. Then add cooked rice, egg stripes, green peas, salt and pepper.
. Mix lightly.
. When completely heated, add soy sauce. Mix well.
