.4 chicken breasts
.2 tsp fresh or dry thyme
.1 tsp black pepper
.1 lb angel hair pasta
.? lb mushrooms, thinly sliced
.1 large red onion, sliced
.3 large garlic cloves, chopped
.1 Tbsp flour
.1 tsp Dijon mustard
.1 can chicken broth
.6 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
.? cup parsley, chopped
Chicken And Garliky Pasta
.Combine 1 tsp thyme, ? tsp salt, ? tsp black pepper in a small bowl.
.Sprinkle over both sides of chicken breasts.
.Marinate for about 20 minutes.
.Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a frying pan on a medium heat, add chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 7-8 minutes.
.Transfer to a plate.
.Cook pasta according to the package and drain.
.Meanwhile heat 1 Tbsp of oil in a same pan on medium heat.
.Stir in mushrooms and onion, cook stirring until onions are tender.
.Put garlic and cook 1 minute more.
Transfer to a plate, set aside.
.Whisk together broth, flour and mustard.
.Then put into a same pan and bring to a simmer, about 1 minute.
.Stir in tomatoes, parsley, and cook 1 minute more.
.Transfer drained pasta to a large bowl and toss with 2 Tbsp oil, salt and pepper.
.Then stir in mushroom mixture and hot broth mixture.
