.100g cashew nuts

Shrimp With Cashew Nuts
.Remove shell from shrimp, wash and drain.
.Season shrimp with pepper, lime juice and salt, marinate for about 20 minutes.
.Fry cashew nuts until light brown, drain and set aside.
.Cut onion, garlic and ginger into small pieces.
.In deep hot oil, fry shrimp until golden brown.
.In a small bowl, mix chicken stock, soy sauce, salt and corn flour together.
.Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a pan put onion, garlic, and ginger saut?' about 30 seconds.
.Put sauce mixture and cook until boil and thicken.
.Then add fried shrimp, cashew nuts and cook one more minute.
