. 1 Kg roasted rice flour
. 1? cup kithul treacle
. 1 cup sugar
. ? cup chopped roasted cashew nuts
. 2 cardamoms, crushed
. In a pan mix treacle and sugar together.
. Put the pan on medium heat, cook until the treacle is boiled (don't over boil).
. Remove it from the heat and wait until it is slightly cool.
. Put cashew nuts and cardamoms into a treacle and mix well.
. Then add rice flour a little at a time to make a soft dough (don't put all the flour at the same time).
. Transfer the dough on a floured surface.
. Flatten and cut into diamond shapes.
. Coat the cut aluwa pieces with roasted rice flour.
