.1 package puff pastry
.200g cooked chicken
.1 boiled potato, mashed
.1 red onion, chopped
.1 tomato, chopped
.2 green chilies, chopped
.2 cloves of garlic, minced
.1 sprig curry leaves
.1 tsp curry leaves
.2 tsp chili powder
.1tsp curry powder
.1 Tbsp ground pepper
.2 Tbsp oil
.Egg Wash (1 egg yolk+1 Tbsp water)
.Shred chicken and set aside.
.Heat 2 Tbsp oil in a pan on medium heat put garlic, saut? for about 10 seconds.
.Add onion, green chilies, curry leaves and fry for about 1 minute.
.Put the tomato, shredded chicken, potatoes, salt and cook for another one more minute.
.Add curry powder, chili powder, pepper and mix well.
.Finally put lime juice and adjust salt.
.Unroll puff pastry sheet and cut into 4 inch squares.
.Put 1 Tbsp of chicken filling onto center of each square and fold half to make a rectangular shape.
. Seal the edges with little water.
.Brush top of the pastries with egg wash and bake about 25 minutes on 350 F preheated oven until golden brown.
