Feartured Recipe : Polos Mellum

. Chop polos to small pieces.
. Put polos pieces into a pan. Add salt, ? tsp saffron and water.
. Cook until all the water is absorbed.
. Meanwhile ground mustered, garlic, curry leaves, peppercorns and cinnamon to make a paste.
. Add coconut and salt to the paste and mix well.
. Add the coconut mixture to the polos and cook about 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
. Adjust salt.
